Teachers Council

1. In Teachers Council all the members have equal voting rights. The meeting of the Counil is authorized if more than half of the members of the Council are present.
2. One-third of the members of the Council have the right to call a meeting of the Teachers Council at any time, to request the hearing of their representative in the Board of Trustees.
3. The Teachers Council is headed by the Chairman of the Council, who is elected for a 3-year term by the majority of the members. The Chairman of the Teachers Council convenes and leads the meetings of the Council.
4. In the Teachers Council, separate working groups are formed on issues within its competence, which perform the tasks of the Council and are accountable to it.
5. The Teachers Council makes a decision by the majority of votes, not less than one third of the total votes.

Functions

• According to the national curriculum, with the participation of the director, develops and approves school curricula in agreement with the pedagogical council
• If necessary, approves an individual curriculum in agreement with the director
• Approves the documents of Makhinjauri Private School LLC.
