Educational and Cultural Tour
On June 5, 2026, a large-scale educational and cultural tour was organized for the students of Makhinjauri Maritime School.
As part of the tour, students visited important geographical and cultural landmarks of Georgia, including the Navenakhevi Cave, the Simon Kldiashvili House Museum, the St. George’s Church of Gogni (Karugdabuli), and the Tskhrajvari complex located in the Racha region.

A Public Lecture Dedicated to Georgia’s Independence Day
On May 25, 2026, a public lecture dedicated to Georgia’s Independence Day was held at Makhinjauri Maritime School.
The main goal of the event was to promote national values and raise students’ awareness of the significance of this historic date.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that May 26 is one of the most important dates in Georgia’s history — the day when the country gained independence and strengthened its national identity.

Event Dedicated to Biodiversity Day
On May 23, 2026, an educational and interactive event dedicated to Biodiversity Day was held at Makhinjauri Maritime School, with the active participation of 11th-grade students.
As part of the event, students presented contour maps of all continents and, through various activities, identified geographical features and biodiversity examples.
